A message dated May 19, 2006, was read stating the Governor has                                     
signed the following bill May 18 and is transmitting the engrossed and                              
enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent

     SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 243(FIN)                                                   
     "An Act relating to the financial plan for the intertie between the                            
     Swan Lake and Tyee Lake hydroelectric projects; and providing
